Classic Mediterranean dish, with durum wheat pasta with garlic, basil and fresh cherry tomatoes.

  • Tagliatelle alla Bolognese

Iconic Bolognese dish, with pork and beef sauce garnishing homemade egg pasta.

  • Seasonal Risotto

Traditional risotto recipe served with vegetables available seasonally (pumpkin, mushrooms, tomatoes). Durum wheat pasta with whole chickpeas and chickpeas cream, rosemary and tomato sauce.

  • Tortelloni filled with Ricotta in butter and sage sauce (v)

Homemade pasta stuffed with ricotta and served in butter infused with dried herbs.


  • Tiramisu’ (v)

Delicious dessert with Mascarpone cream, layered with ladyfingers dipped in mocha coffee.

  • Wine Paring (included)
